Mavshack AB (publ) is a public Swedish limited company (publikt aktiebolag). Its shares were listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market from 16 June 2014 until 28 September 2026, the last day of trading.
Governance is exercised through the general meeting, the board of directors and the CEO, in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the company's articles of association. The company does not apply the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
