What You Will Do
Verify and assess quality of incoming material to our platforms for both our internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with our stakeholders, internal and external, on requirements for changes and development to asset management applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content needs and project priorities.
Support for content repository including ingestion, quality control and tagging of assets, as well as support and reporting
Work with stakeholders to support asset publishing to the retailer/distributor external facing sites.
Quality control on content ensuring contents are in order before distribution. Report back to content provider if not.
Manage internal and external user accounts for CMS, including QC of all new accounts
Work with the localization team to ensure files are set-up for localization
Assist in coordinating localization process of videos between internal teams and other stakeholders
Skills We’re Stoked About
2-4 years of digital asset management experience
Any formal training or schooling in library and info management, or media management a plus
Experience with Rights Management and Digital Rights Management is a plus
Experience with user support and training
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop
Experience with open source video encoding such as ffmpeg, x264, and the like partnered with scripting on a command line
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
